neon & argon + mercury
“Traditional” neon lighting with curved glass is still part of our product range. The specific atmospheric appearance remains simply unique. Neon is also still regularly used for special lighting or artwork.
People always talk about neon, but neon gas is only used in red color tones, for all other colors a mixture of argon and mercury is used.
We also distinguish the following versions:
A – clear glass tubes : with this version you can actually see the internal neon gas light up, this is usually only used with neon (red) gas.
B – powdered neon tube: the transparent tubes are powdered inside and light up in different standard colors. When the tubes do not light up, they are white.
C – mass colored glass: in this version, the glass is mass colored, so even when it does not light up, it keeps its color. Available in a number of main colors.
The neon ‘groups’ are equipped with electrodes at the ends. These can be provided in different ways depending on the application:

Neon groups can also be pre-mounted on an aluminum chassis or a transparent aluminum or plexiglass panel, or in/on channel letters.
