cassettes on frame – without interior lighting
The aluminum panels or sandwich panels (dibond) are folded or milled into cassettes with a depth of your choice and placed on an aluminum frame.
Milled / lasered or boxletters with or without leds can be mounted on it and all cables and transformers can be nicely placed inside.
A variation is to mill the text/logo out of the front, with or without a panel behind.

a) with milled texts/logo
The texts/logos are milled out of the aluminum/dibond front side and on the back illuminated all around at a deeper level.
b) with plexiglass behind
The texts/logos are milled out of the aluminum/dibond panel and plexiglass is glued behind it
c) with deeper lying plexiglass
The texts/logos are milled out of the aluminum/dibond panel and a plexiglass sheet is glued deeper in the interior. This gives an additional depth effect.
d) with inlaid plexiglass
The texts/logos are milled out of the aluminum/dibond panel and the plexiglass is glued into the opening so that both are on the same front surface.
e) with push through plexiglass
The texts/logos are milled out of the aluminum/dibond panel and 10 or 20 mm thick plexiglass is glued into the openings so that the plexiglass has a raised thickness compared to the front surface. The front side of the pierced plexiglass can have a different color, so the thickness of the plexiglass provides additional contour lighting.
Everything can also be combined with additional indirect lighting!
As a standard the aluminum gets powdercoated. Dibond panels are available in a number of standard colours or can also be painted in any desired colour.
